Feared Memories

by Sabree   Feb 26, 2007

Fearfull eyes glance
my way
people jerk back
cowardly
they never listen
to what i have
to say
only see my
black clothing
day by day
children cry as i
walk by
paretns just sigh
why do i try
try to cover up
myself and lie
such hatred and
fear i get
why oh why
every single being
i met
they fear me so much
even with each and every
sigh.

I liked it. I especially enjoyed the rythm, or structure anyway, on how you built it. The way it's formatted gives the reader a sort of blunt, frustrated tone. I also liked how you expressed the feeling of being misunderstood, pre-judged with out justification, the human flaw of judgment in itself. Good read
