Loves Sacrifice

Hearts ache hope fades.
Hes out of her life
this knife in hand.

Slit her wrist and
watch her fall. Innocence
is blind and so is
she when he breaks
her heart once more.

Suicide,
Sadness,
Death,
Circles in her mind.
Corrupting her once
and silent dreams.
Her thoughts are better
left unheard.

He has giving her
courage to write one
last poem, and then
she takes her last
fall.

Staring lovingly in
her eyes. He gives
her a final kiss
good-bye as she
slowly begins to
die.

Baring this pain no
longer. He sets his
mind and takes his
final action.

He pops some pills
and slits his wrist.
Knowing he's going
to be with his love soon.
The time goes by, and
he begins to die.

Lowering his casket next
to hers. They lay side
by side not knowing
they loved each other
the same.
