He's Gone

by K   Mar 1, 2007

She's losing hold,
She can't get a grip,
The pain - it multiplies,
She swore that knife just slipped.

She doesn't want to be hurt anymore,
He promised to never walk out that door,
But he walked away,
And she was left crying on the cold floor.

The pain,
It never heals.
The pain,
It's all she feels.

He broke her heart,
And left her there.
Crying on the cold floor,
Her heart so bare.

Very sad but a good write, the rhyming was very good,a little short but very good.
