Because of Her

by Ryan   Mar 1, 2007

And he'll never see the world the same again
She broke his heart, and it hurts more everyday
His movements slow, his body worn
He'llnever be the same again, because of her

She affected his every nook and cranny
He bleeds the pain away all the time
Bleeding like he never knew any better
Bleeding like the tears he cries

His entire world fades to grayscale
Nothing has the same feel or emotion
All the world turned upside down
By her inconceivable notion

She used him for his love
He made her feel adored
And then she left him alone
To mend his heart on his own

There will never be another her
A girl who made him feel so admired
She was his one and only
The only girl who actually cared.

Because of her he'll never love again
Because of her, he's battered and broken
Because of her, he's a cold-hearted man
Because of her, he can't look himself in the mirror, anymore.

Because of her, he can't... feel.
