Burning fire

by 4evabroken   Mar 1, 2007

Theres a burning fire growing inside of me
All the pain thrown my way burns
Smoking tears out of my eyes
As the feeling in my stomach turns.

I can feel it rising, fighting to be free
I swallow hard before I explode!
Keeping this burning fire inside of me.

The fire dies, I can put my arms down
With one word it returns, Death!
The raging fire burns and burns.

Burning, melting, until Im black coal
Screaming for someone to notice
Too late my heart is burnt cold.
