Walking on golden leaves
Keeping many beliefs
I was alone in your city

Sitting in the bus
I was Searching you
in people rush
I was alone in your city

My eyes saw so many fears
In my gloomy tears
Hoping to meet you
I was alone in your city

Standing Outside from your home
I was looking your room window
Wishing to see your face
I was alone in your city

Keeping words of storm
Bravely i knocked your home's door
i entered in your home
I still was so alone

You were sitting on the sofa
I was sitting with your dad
Feelings your smiles
I was alone in your city

Talking with your dad
But thinking about you
And wishing to sit with you
I was alone in your home

Time came to say good bye
My lips were locked for a second
I saw you last time and gone
I was so alone in your city

Next day in the airport
I was sitting in launching room
I saw the plane I wish to
bring you far with me
Finally I sat in the plane
and saw through the window
A tear came from my eyes
You were not by my side
I was so alone in your city

    Wow this poem is so heartbreaking and touching. I read it before and thought I left a comment but I must've forgot or thought I did! I liked the title and the theme throughout the poem..

    My favorite stanza is:

    Time came to say good bye
    My lips were locked for a second
    I saw you last time and gone
    I was so alone in your city

    It really touched me because there are so many moments when you want to say something but the words don't seem to come out. It reminded me of one of those moments.

    This poem is really good, it is actually better than good, it is excellent... I mean...you told quite a story and we were there..all with you...watching outside of window from plane...Alone in you city...I felt like this when I was India. I was there in the airport of Delhi..after seeing Taj Mahal..Aww..this reminds me so much about the situation..
