Broken, Hurtful, Happy, Dead

Broken
Like shards of glass
Sprawled all around
In pieces
Reflects my tears
From all the years

Hurtful
Like a deep cut
A shiny blade
Perfect edged
Into my skin
So paper thin

Happy
Like a small child
Popped in a pill
Euphoria
No longer cry
I feel so high

Dying
A mortal wound
I tried to fly
Hit my head
Sickening crack
And now I'm dead
