It happened so quickly
the words much have shook.
I'd always hoped it would happen
like it does in a book.

He looked at my softly
and then touched my hair.
I felt so special
like he really did care.

He leaned over slowly
my heart upped it pace.
Right at the moment
we were face to face.

When his lips touched mine
I thought I would melt.
His kiss was the sweetest thing
I have ever felt
