What a Girl Wants

All I want is for one of those boys who will ..
come up from behind me with his hands over my eyes.
Pick me up and spin me around
be the one to make my heart beat with surprise.

Show up at my doorstep
bring me flowers when I'm sad
Cook me soup when I'm sick
Make me laugh when I'm mad.

The kind of boy who will make me outraged
just to cleverly cheer me up again.
One who will hold my hand no matter what
and be my best friend.

One who will drive me crazy.
who will call me just to hear my voice.
Let me win when we play video games
this is the boy of my choice.

Someone who can be silly with me
we don't always have to be serious.
Someone who cares enough to check on me
who isn't completly delirious.

These are just some of my thoughts,
not trying to ridicule or taunt.
Just defining some components of a sweet boy
which is what most girls would want.
