Shades of Magenta

by ¤|Æ’lοяεηζîά|¤   Mar 6, 2007

But you are promising forever like that.
And what looks like love is oozing out
Of your pretty coloured eyes.
But I dream in infinite numbers.
Of rainbows and lullabies.

But you're promising forever like that,
And now you're vomiting sweet words out
Of your pretty coloured mouth.
Like the pink of strawberry shortcakes.
But I dream in frozen, microwave meals.
Of macaroni and cheese.

But you're promising forever like that.
And electric blue streaks are peaking out
Of your pretty coloured hair.
But I dream in dozes of drugs.
Of dilated pupils and crashing brains.
And boy, you are exactly my brand of heroin.
