Sweet Immortal Begun

by The Queen of Spades   Mar 6, 2007

She is unlike any other
With her silky blonde hair pulled tight
Yet soft wisps still stray away
To prove independence
Her song is that of a hymn untold
With a strange beat unheard of
Underneath a voice of despair and depth
Her gaze shines brightly
Through dull, relentless eyes
That seem to burn, burn
Through the air
Through the life
Through the earth
She is a conception of all imperfection
But in her reverie, ever immortal.
