This is really adorable! I found myself smiling while reading it. very nicely done. I think it captures those first stirrings of feelings, the freshness and fun of it all. like it very much

I thought the base idea behind it was sweet, and the realisation of love is something many will relate to.
As I read, I was under the impression you use "that" at the start of every new "subject," to link in with the "could it be" in the beginning.
However, it sounded a little odd, without the repetition of "could it be."
Maybe a repetition and appropriate line breaks there would make it better.
If you used "that" for another reason, it isn't clear, and the word choice didn't sound appropriate.
Maybe you'd consider punctuation to aid the flow also??

This is good... usually, i like poems that rhyme, but i really like this one. you're really good at playing with words, you know? like the words you use are amazing! my favorite part was the part about your heart beating, it was amazing!!!!
