I Wonder

by KaRiSsA <3   Mar 6, 2007

There are so many wonders of this world. So many questions that don't have answers, but why? Everyone in this world wonders about something. What will my future become? Will I become a nobody in this palace of questions? Then the real question would become, Why did I become this miserable person, who's life seems to have no meaning? Or maybe I'll succeed in life, in which the question becomes, Why has this ray of light chosen to gleam on me, because it seems I do not deserve it. I do wonder why, in this movement of color and wonder, why our lives, worlds, and souls cannot be perfect.
Some of us are desperate, some have too much to handle. But why is it, those of us who have too much to handle, can't help those of us who are desperate? Why are we the people we are? Why am I who I am? Why did I become so lucky, as to live where I do now?
Almost all of us can look out our window, and see the beautiful things, whether it be "god's fingers," or a remarkable sunset beyond all belief. I wonder if there is any life beyond the universe, or if we are the only scent of life in this wondrous world and beyond. Is there even a beyond? Will the human species live forever, or is the end of us all just around the corner? The real question to the world continues to lie in my soul. It's a question that really has no answer. It's a single phrase with a huge past, and an even larger future. The question is, Who are we really? Who's that real person waiting to spring out so we can find our true selves? Why so many questions with no answers? It's all part of the mysteries and wonders of our world.
