That couplet struck me. I think we all have a place where we truly belong and in the arms of a soul mate, we feel truly safe.

Wow thats hard for me to read...i lost my dad march 7, 05...so today is that anniversary and its been two years now...i really liked the poem 5/5

What can I say Cindy, that hasn't already been said by others? This is a heartaching beautiful poem of love and loss. It is so full of emotion and truly touches the heart. I hope at the very least in writing it helps ease your heart and soul, even a little bit. Take care.
