Stay here Forever

by Jenni Marie   Mar 7, 2007

Sitting on this rock
Water gurgling free
Sand soft underneath my feet
Wont you come sit here with me?

Closing my eyes
Feeling rain upon my skin
Out here, I know
There's nothing I can't win.

Trees rustle gently
Leaves blowing in the breeze
Wish I could capture this moment
Make this beautiful image freeze.

Watching the sun appear
Feeling heat warm my cheeks
Overcome with emotion
I break down and weep.

Leaping from the rock
Making footsteps in the sand
Feeling the wind whip my cheeks
Want to stay forever on this land.
