Sunrise & Sunset

You're like a glove to my hand
That fits me so well;
But we're both from different lands
Now I just have to tell.

I have a feeling that we
can be so much more than this;
I've found one finally
who completes everything on my list.

I barely know you but
somehow I know what you could be;
It always feels so right
everytime I picture you with me.

I long to explore your world,
But something holds me back;
Do you really feel the same,
Are we on the same track?

How can I see that you're for real,
How can this be fair?
When the sun is setting over here,
and it's rising over there?

Can this fairytale be true,
Can you be my only knight?
Can you feel with your heart and soul,
That I think of you each night?

Yet I still think that we
Still have something to share;
Even when it's sunset here,
and sunrise over there.
