Looking out this window
tears streaming down my face
wishing you were next to me
saying your here to stay

looking at your picture
my heart filled with shame
what we had is lost
put our memories up in flame

looking at my wrist
your initials, permanently scarred
looking at the razor blades
feeling the pain they cause

looking at your picture
knowing i was wrong
it wasn't the blades that hurt me
it was you all along

looking out this window
