I can relate to the pain of loving someone and having it hurt like a wound. I love this one as well.

The feeling of hopelessness, of self blame and wishing to make amends that runs throughout is very powerfully written. Even at such a young age you knew how to engage the reader and get them to live the emotions portrayed.
