Out of Your Mind

by Wasted Fake Smiles   Mar 9, 2007

I've been living my life right under your wing,
Trying hard for your love, to be your everything.
Being around to always lend you my ear,
There for you when you were happy, or in tears.

After all the love, after all we've done,
You cast me out of your mind, into the lonely sun.
Didn't give a reason, just said that we were through,
I may be out of your mind, but I'm out of my mind for you.

You held me close as along we did ride,
Giving me back everything that you took in your stride.
Then stole it again, now we can't even talk,
With those evil eyes that stare at me as I walk.

Out of your mind you threw me far away,
Never again to live like we did yesterday.
I fell for your lies; by love I was blind,
Then you just kicked me out of your mind.
