My mother is my sunshine on a rainy day
she is the light that shows me the way
she is the person i aspire to be
she is the angel that god sent to me
she is there to tell me wrong from right
she cheers me up if i've had a fight
she knows where the pieces in my puzzle go
she feels the emotion i do not show
she loves me whether i'm good or bad
