Imperfection

by Bloomed Rose   Mar 11, 2007

Suffering from lies and false images
Of what I should look like or be
Getting glances from those
Who despise what they know
To be imperfection

The repeated teasing and laughing
Making me hate myself inside and out
Ignored for faith and innocence

Thoughts of insignificance
Wondering if I'm good enough
That greatness might be just another dream
One that might not come through.

Wondering if true beauty
Is just a fairy tale
If happy endings can happen to anyone
To me . . .

Hey, that's great, and you know that everyone that does that to you is just jealous because you are so much better than them. So don't go thinking that there's something wrong with you, cuz there's not.5/5
