First loves..

He glanced my way,
I began to shake.
As he slowly walked over,
My heart started to awake.

His eyes sparkled in the sunlight,
His soft hands slightly stroked my cheek.
He made my body tremble,
As my knees became weak.

I remember his face,
When he smiled so bright.
He took both of my hands,
And he clasped them tight.

He had said i was amazing,
While my cheeks began to blush.
Right then i knew we were in love,
Both our hearts started to rush.

I thought we were soul-mates,
For, i was very wrong.
He said he wasn't quite ready,
It seemed like the end to our song.

We both walked away brokenhearted,
Nothing left in one piece.
It couldn't be over so soon,
But everything had been ceased.

He was my very first love,
And taught me everything i know.
For, i can't wait to fall in love again,
This time, i won't let him go.
