Living in Hell

by Brenden   Mar 12, 2007

I go about my day, as if nothing is wrong. If you were to ask me, I would say it's alright. But on the inside, I'm living in Hell.

Constantly on the verge of suicide. Trying not to hurt anybody, but hurting myself most of all. I try to think and act positive, but it all comes back to one thing, I'm living in Hell.

And yet, this isn't the worst of it. No, not at all. The worst of it is that I know my life is great, but in the inside, I'm still living in Hell.

So I try to keep living life each day, hoping it will all make sense. It never does, but i still hope... because I'm sick of living in Hell.

Wow oddly enough I love this poem. I love dark poems but I think this is one of my favorites. I'm sorry you feel that way and I would be lying if i said I know exactly how you feel because no one knows how you feel but you but i know how my version of it feels :) keep writing. you are an excellent poet. I can't wait to read more from you 5/5
