Lost

The day i cried
like i never cried before
the day that i felt
like i would live no more
when all hell broke loose
and was sent upon me
th watch me sink in misery
the day i left you
fir a slipped lie
i watched you walk away with one word
"okay"
is all you said
only teenage love this is
it's really no big deal
if thats true
then what is this pain i still feel
you read this now and say
"oh just another teen poet,
she will get over it"
but it's harder then it seems
to leave the guy of your dreams
how i wish i could take back
that day, that horrible day
maybe we could
still be together
