Dreams

by TravTagz   Mar 14, 2007

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,
I see nothing more than when I hold her,
The girl of my dreams, the one of my heart,
Nothing in the world could tear us apart,
Her touch as soft as poetry,
I know she'll never let go of me,
Because I'll never let go of her,
These words aren't just a written slur,
If you can see what it really means,
You'll see this girl is a queen,
With a voice as soft as an angel,
She doesn't follow any label,
She's her own unique person,
Putting this curse on,
Everyone she speaks to,
Making them feel like they're floating too,
The way she is, because that's what angels do,
And when it happens you have no clue,
Your whole world has just changed,
When her sweet words are exchanged,
You'll never be the same until this angel speaks to you again,
And now my night must end,
Just another lost memory,
Of what I used to call reality
