Selfishness

Many are biased when it comes to defining selfishness. The following are examples of my opinion of selfishness.

While there are three sides to every story, an individual only says there is one: his.

Man will not sacrifice himself or his happiness for the sake of others, while God gave his only-begotten son for us.

Inexperienced people say I love you when they receive. However, they forget to do so when they do not.

One will remember his “friends” only when it suits them.

Twenty-dollars looks so large when it is being contributed, yet the same amount looks so small when it is being spent.

You have an excuse for your mistake, but he does not for his.

I could continue but I will not due to the fact that there is so many other ways to express the selfishness rooted in the heart of man.
