A Poem of Truths

Through the tides of doubt and worry this ship shall not sink
Though being flanked by the undoubtful one voice seeks to ring through as though right while undeniably incorrect
This one and only one voice who thinks that none better than what she has seen will occur for her offspring
She thinks a leader can set an example by contradicting herself
She thinks that not being what she wants you to become, then you're not going to amount to nothing
Don't you love this kind of person?
Then with every breath she finds a way to insult her daughter then tries to get her be enthusiastic
She then insults the love her daughter and I share
With her every oportunity she seeks a way to make this seem unreal, and to deny this love
She seeks to destroy it and tries to prevent it from existing
As hard as she tries, I can guarantee her failure Through times of of doubt, sickness, and darkness we have each other and that's all that matters
There is no one I'd rather have than you
I try to assure you of this
I try to assure you that I always will love you, for this is the truth
There is no one greater than you
There is no one more beautiful than you
You're beauty, personality, scent, and laugh are all the object of obssession
For there is no other with a soul like this
You are a unique individual
And never let anyone make you think other wise
No matter what she says - or anyone else says
I will always love you
Through every round of obstacles fired at us, we will emerge the victor
We have each other and this is far greater of a foe to our obstacles than they are to us
You are my first and only love
I shall not fall into what normal men would consider temptation - for there is nothing more alluring to me than you
Every waking moment I think of you
The journey to see you is worth every hour, minute and second I have with you
So I leave you with the undeniable truth that I love you
