Your 5th stanza is different than your 2nd stanza .... 3rd line. I know the edit button is messed up and it is most likely a typo. Just wanted to let you know before you submit it for the contest. (If you didn't already know ... lol)

So on with the poem ... I loved it ! I saw this contest on the boards and it looked so very confusing .... but you made it look so darn easy. You have penned a beauty here and it deserves much recognition. Sure looks like a winner to me!

Interesting piece. I like the imagery behind it. It was very good. It's not my favorite form of poetry but it's good that you reach out and expand what you do. Everyone should try something new, something out of their comfort zone. Glad you did!

As you know i'm reading your new poems, reason would be that I really love your poems, like i've been writing for about a year and a half, but I never had that much talent than you, i'm not saying like it's a contest or anything, i'm just saying that I want to be able to write like you, i don't write that much anymore meaning I don't go to this site that much, so I just wanted to say that for poetry, it's really not those famous poets who published their own poem book that got me writing poems mostly every day, yeah those famous people affected me with writing my first poem, but when I started to write more and more, it was that inspiration you have in each of your poems that made me write, I apologize if this comment is long, but I don't really go on this site that much so to wrap this up, I just wanted to say that those famous poets aren't the people i'd call my idol for poetry, as a young person as myself, i'm smart enough to know that you're probably my idol for poetry
