Promises and Death

We found each other and love grows
We hold on and promised only death can separate us
Even against all odds we ignored the odds we continue the best in us

One day i wake up and asked you..what if give the odds a chance to be happy with you?
You cried...i cried...but promised each other to hold on and wait...
You said wait for me and I will be back and continue what we have started before.
I did wait for you..even until now.

Just the other day, I found out..You married someone
I am shattered..shaking..devastated...
I dunno what to do..I cried the whole night..asking myself why?
Is this the price I must have to pay?
Is this the prize I got from waiting?

Now I know...I have no one to wait anymore.
Inspites of the pain.. I need to move on
The only thing left for me is memory
I hope one day soon..You will remember me
