Her~

by Kenzie   Mar 17, 2007

There She sits,
Tall, Erect
And a Mystery...
So Different from
The Others.
She's Silent and Strong,
Having Closed Her Self Off
Years Ago...

She Hides Herself
Within...
With all Her Thoughts,
With all that She Feels,
Though She'll Never Let you See,
Not even a Glimpse,
A Glimmer,
Of What She's Like
Inside.

She Never Shows Her
Feelings,
Everything kept
locked Inside.
Her True Fears
She Never Shares,
Those are Locked up
Even Deeper Inside.

I Fear the Day
She Uncovers it All,
When She Puts Down
Her Mack of
Empty plaster,
Gives Up Her
Emotionless
Facade.

To hear Her Share
Every
Last
One
Of Her Secrets and Fears.
To Hear what
She Truly Thinks
And what She Really Feels.

Hearing Her
Tragic Story
Would be Enough
To Break Your Heart,
Just Like it
Broke
Her Soul...

I Fear the Day
She Exposes it all...
When She Tells You
How You've made Herr
Feel,
All the Things
You Put Her Through...
You'll Never Be Able
To Look at Her the Same Way...
Again...
