Nobody knows

We stand tall together
Our bond can not be broken
You and me forever
No one can tear us down
You are my shining treasure
Halt! My words have been spoken

The words now are so true
They have a secret and surreal meaning
It starts with, I love you
A clique so many said before
So unravel my mystery to find the truth

Yet the love so real and clear
Its feeling is electric
When you say the words I want to hear,
The wonder and the spark
It ignites my once cold heart

The meaning so hidden though
Like the meaning of life
The question nobody knows
Yet isnt it love and loss
We live with it right under our nose
Love is our friend, and loss is our foe
Who will win, nobody knows...

    Wow great words David! I loved the flow and the meaning behind this poem. My favorite part was definitly the ending.
