Great poem. The feeling and emotion really showed in the rhythm of the words. I thought this was an amazing write.

So many people in pain
Yet to most it goes unheard
Why is helping them so unthinkable
Why does caring seem so absurd?

What a message this sends. So often we don't stop and think of others and just walk away.

its just a shame that society today will read this, think about it, feel bad, then move on.

Nicely penned, but some lines, i think it was force especially the last lines, but it is still a nice piece you'd written. One more thing i like you're concept and ideas..it was a great piece!
