I'm upset
You ask if I'm OK
I say I'm fine
But I'm not OK

Not by a long shot
Everyday my life is a nightmare
Everyday I cry
On the inside if not outside

I can't stay this way
I need to be OK
But I never am
I'm never OK

I'm not OK
Not by a long shot
The only way I'm ever OK
Is talking to you
