Why

I simply do not understand
Why some people are never accepted
Why grade point averages mean so much and
Why technology has almost completely consumed our lives

But the least understandable things are
Why we are judged by our beliefs
Why there aer news channels with nothing positive to report and
Why happiness is sometimes so incredibly hard to find

However, i do understand
Why the worst pain we go through helps us in the end
Why true, meaningful love is rare and
Why not a single person in this world is perfect
Just like there is no single rose without a flaw
