I don't know what to say, thats pretty much exactly how my life is, I have been used by alot of my so called friends through out my life, my parents dont understand me, and I haven't been able to trust anyone. Then my girlfriend comes along, and i love her so much, and i have let her into my life, and i am afriad what will happen when/if she dumps me, she is all i have, the only person i can turn to for help. I can't even say how much I can relate to this. Wonderful poem.
