And here we are..
breathless.
I feel the lift of your chest
I smell the sweat of your skin..
the intoxicating spice of your cologne
mingling with my perfume-
And I ache.
And I ache like you don't know.
And as your hand continues to caress
I cry out please
no more games
the heat radiating from you
is driving me crazy
so warm it burns
and then there are no more games
and the night continues on....

Now it is morning
and I awake to my skin warmed by the sun
shining in my window
and the love in your strong arms..
I trace your face
with the pad of my thumb
and you sigh..
and open your eyes..
and smile..
and I know it will be all right...
