I Dream of the Day

I dreamed of flying
To someplace far away.
But that dream faded
With each passing day.

Now it is gone,
And a new dream has come.
Its a dream that i have,
Though pointless to some.

I wish for a day when the wars
Have come to an end
When we all join hands
And we're all friends.

I dream of the day
When all fear dies,
When the pain all fades.
When there are no more lies.

One day, you see,
I hope to feel free,
To travel the world,
To cross every sea!

When that day comes,
I can tell you
That dreams aren't just hopes,
But really come true!
