Escape

by Lonely Little Dreamer   Mar 22, 2007

You're eyes look at me full of lust.
You're lips become twisted.
You're exposed to me with pride and glory,
As you laugh at my reaction.

My body begins to shake and tremble.
My skin starts to crawl with disgust.
My legs begin to give way,
As I avert my eyes from fright.

You approach me with words of filth.
I back away in rebuke.
You reach for me and try to grab.
But I turn and run away never to come back.

Years later you still haunt my thoughts.
I can still feel the fire on my skin.
The images still disturb me.
Will I ever escape these memories?
