Changing, Growing.

by Willow   Mar 22, 2007

He's growing up so fast,
Changing everyday.
It brings me to tears,
To see how much he's changed.

I notice the simple things first,
Like the way he talks.
Then I see more,
Like the way he walks.

His eyes are loosing,
That childish shine.
His mind is growing,
And learning more lines.

The toys have changed,
Along with his room.
No more cuddly teddy bears,
He's onto things that 'zoom'

His baby fat is going,
Along with some clothes.
Everybody is learning,
His photo pose.

It doesn't seem like long,
Since he was four.
Running about crazy,
And slamming every door.

He's growing up so fast,
But there is no way to stop it.
I'll always look at him,
And remember his childish wit.
