Blue Eyes

by N J Thornton   Mar 22, 2007

As midnight reflects
upon itching waves,
breaths of marbled
cobalt turn blushed.
And the gummy quills,
(raven as the pupil)
gently tease the sea
to rest.

Butterfly smooches
tickle the scene.
As moments carry
the moons beneath
sleepy jackets,
to await tenderly
for the yawn of
embroidered lashes,
and the utter of
sunny skies.

Gosh, that is interesting. For me I think its in the wrong section, I read it and saw a dark emotion that is perhaps not even there.

    Its amazing,
