Slowly the stars, glide by above me
Twinkling to me as always
Sending their rays my way
I have loved them, as long as I can remember
Since I first laid eyes on them
At ore I look up, smiling their way
I hope one day, to fly among them
Through the infinity of space
Yet I am still bound to this
Slow turning old earth
Which have carried me through this universe
What seems an eternity, and may well be
In the night, they are never far away
Some times behind the skies
Some times, as this night, they are shining bright and clear
They have been my guides through time
Their energy gives me hope, love and life
I have become especial attach to one
Brighter than them all
With brilliance she lights up my day
Leads the way, through this space
Though she might be furious and unforgiving
She is the one, which my world evolves around
She the life giver, the one who without, I wouldn't be
I miss her when she is gone,
though it gives me serenity
and time to gather thoughts
But when ever she sends, her first rays my way
I feel loved and want to start all over again
Without her I would't live
She is the apple of my eye
I can't wait till she shines on me again
And bring light, to my dark room
Warmth to my skin, and blesses my day
Oh my loved one, may you never fall
May your brightness never faint
I'll adore you forever
