Its very interesting, I like it. Reminds me of something from long ago for me but still seems recent in your telling. Always a nice thing to be taken back to memories. Thats a nice talent you have there.

I really love the detail and the imagery in this poem, there's something about the way this is written, i cant describe it but its amzing, i always try to write like this but it never works, i think i came close in my latest poem but nothing as good as this, well done

"Still waiting with a bouquet of red roses
They're dried just like my soul"

That couplet was my fave by far.. the imagery and the metaphors were perfect..
The whole concept of this poem was excellent, i never saw the ending coming.
