Emotions like a maze
With various sideways
I am so lost
Is this the cost?

Every night,
Sleeplessness is what I fight
My mind wanders to you
God I don't know what to do

Every morning I wake
Is when my heart starts to ache
You never notice the tears pouring from my eyes
As you walk by

I have such troubled eyes
That tell many lies
Always feeling heavy
As if a great weight is upon me

Right now, I am running blind
Wanting you to be mine
I can't run too much farther
And I don't know if I can try any harder
