Happy?

Are you happy
this question rang in my head
why should i?
thinking to myself
happy when theres death
all around us
there is no such
thing as happiness
happy?
when our president
sends more of our
brothers and sisters
OUR FAMILY
yours. and theirs to there doom
every tear for those
who have died in agony
in any situation
happy?
that our world
revolves around war
and the seven deadly sins
that we contain in our souls
the planet tainted
by all who have
cause this bloodshed
ours, and theirs
happiness is nowhere
to be found in this
Tainted Planet
