I'm so tired of a mediocre life
I'm tired of being lonely
I just want that real love
That someone to hold me

i want to feel that passion
that makes your heart ache
i want to live one minute
without fearing if it was a mistake

i want to be that real happy
where your stupid and you don't care
where all you see is him
and its like nothing else is there

well it hasn't been that long
since we started but i feel inside
that somethings wrong and i feel it
that your lying, you're trying to hide

boy you better be careful
because i wont be made a fool
a promise is a promise
not a game we played at school

boy you better be careful with me
because I'm not like them
while you're there picking up rocks
you'll see you lost a gem

stop hurting me every time I'm OK
just listen through my lies
you ask me what should you do?
well hell just listen to my cries

stop telling me to be happy
its not something you force
show me you'll be there
and time will take its course

i can make you happy
and I'm more than willing to try
