The Legend of the Land of Peace

by Brandon   Mar 24, 2007

There once was a land where peace, and prosperity ruled; where the flowers were in full bloom year round. This was the land that most thought that it was the most beautiful place they had ever seen. Others saw it only as a place to fulfill their evil desires. One such beings eye’s fell upon this land. It, as all things of evil do, believed that with this land it could fulfill its hearts one true desire; to rule all, and destroy all who stand in its way. On the day of festivity for the land the evil creature made its move to destroy the land. Needless to say that catching the people of guard, it succeeded. During the days that followed everything lost all color and meaning. In place of the joy and happiness, there was only fear and despair. Years after that dreadful day, a boy arose from among the people wielding great physical and mental abilities. Though he was able to slay the evil in its lair, he died in the attempt as well. The lands beauty was returned, and as this was a happy time, most mourned the boy’s death. In the boy’s honor the people sealed their world from the out side world to be lost in their own lands beauty forever more.
