From soft and slow to fast and rough

Romeo and Juliet,
A pair of star-crossed lovers.
What is it about love,
That makes us go silly about one and no other?

Though in modern times,
Love still exists.
So what is it about love,
That we might've missed?

If those two lovers can do it,
Why can't we?
Angst to get into people's pants,
Seems to fill the minds of everbody.

Even our star-crossed lovers,
Were part of a fast world.
But I don't remember Romeo,
Trying to get with every girl.

Meant for each other they were,
But love had other plans.
We need to slow down our one track minds,
And let love flood our lands...
