The Note

by Amber   Mar 25, 2007

He told her he loved her, that was a lie. Little did he know she would do much more than cry. Alone at home with a blade in her hand. She picks up the phone and dials him up. He answers and asks what she wants. She tells him that she loved him and he broke her heart, and all she wanted was one last goodbye. She let out a scream as she hung up the phone. He rushed to her house, and arrived just a minute too late. He seen a note next to her hand and it read.

You were my life, I loved you so.
You made me happier than you could ever know.
You broke my heart, so now your to blame,
You are the reason I did this, I'm surprised you came.
Why are you standing here reading this note,
You are the one that broke my heart,
Who made me cry, who left me in the dark.
If you care enough to come here and see what was wrong,
Why did you toss me away, in hopes of moving on.
These are the questions that I have for you.
Maybe someday, I can have them answered when again it is just,
Me and You.

He dropped to his knees and began to pray. He told God he loved her and that he was sorry for what he had done. He picked up the blade and then took his life. Two young lovers, then lost their life.
