Moving On

A long road to follow
A long way to travel
The gateways are numberless
It's something to marvel

Alone in this path
Alone in this struggle
I must remain strong
I can't let myself stumble

My shadow behind me
My shadow's my company
This is for the best
My quest to find the real me

I've choices to make
My own life to lead
I must prove my worth
Even if I must bleed

Love ones in my heart
Alone nonetheless
My heart beats anew
My worries put to rest

Now to follow-up
I have to fix this disaster
Depression no longer rules me
I've again become master

With this step that I take
It's to a happier future
No matter what happens
I'll keep my proud stature

So off now I go
In this labyrinth of a life
I'll go off with pride
With Faith on my side.
