I feel completely disenchanted
Hurting my beloved one
Which I took for granted
She is a mother with a son...

My heart cries out to the world
Telling me this is not the end
As my head is being swirled
She is still my best friend...

I know this is for the better
I accept and take it all
As I write this poetic letter
I will rise again from this fall...

I will know what true love is
What is inside me
What it really says
Because I am now free...
